Grilled pork neck chop

Let's do everything quickly and cheaply this time. Yes, it's possible!

Believe it or not, in 15 minutes you’ll be eating a delicious pork neck chop.

This time does not include preparing and lighting the grill.

Lift the lid and remove the diffuser plates from the grill (which is very easy to do with the LUX PRO grate system, as the grate has handles).

Pour in the charcoal and light it, then place the grate system back on (without the plates). Let the grill run with the lid open for about 10 minutes.

Now start and let the clock run.

Meat: The best for this is pork neck chop. And here’s a small tip, keep the meat in the freezer for a little while before slicing.

The slices you’re going to cut should be about 0.5-1cm thick. Try to make them all the same thickness.

Once the meat is sliced, we’ll start seasoning it.

You can just use salt and pepper, or you can use your favorite seasoning blend. We use Butt Rub for this. If you’re using your own seasoning blend, make sure it doesn’t contain sugar, because we’ll be cooking the meat directly over the fire, and sugar will just burn at high heat.

As usual, sprinkle the seasoning on and press it in with your hand (don’t rub).

And only put seasoning on one side, because the meat is thin.

Once that’s done, go to the grill and put the meat on, then close the grill lid. We recommend opening the lid and flipping the meat about every 1 minute. If everything goes well, the whole cooking process should take only 4-6 minutes.

Note! Ordering from the online store takes less than 15 minutes. Don't believe it? Try it yourself.

With that recipe you will need:

  • A good grill (we recommend: Kamado ceramic grill)
  • Pork neck chop
  • Seasonings: pepper, salt

Enjoy your meal!!
